fight for america The state’s top election official has said ballots that are signed but not dated should still be counted if they’re returned by Nov. 8. But it’s probably a good idea to make sure to date it, anyway. Election workers in Doylestown, Pa., straightened out mail-in ballots at a Board of Elections office earlier this month.
